We service 9155 systems across Canada, including batteries, fans and capacitors, and give a written assessment of your unit.
Do I need to replace my Eaton 9155?
Not on Eaton’s service timeline today. Eaton’s U.S. End of Service Life table recommends replacing a product from its Mature (best efforts) phase, and it targets that phase for the 9155 from 2034, a date Eaton says may change. If you plan an upgrade for other reasons, we compare the options for your capacity and load in writing.
Is the 9155 the same as the Powerware 9155?
Yes. Eaton’s own service table lists the 9155 under the Powerware brand, and we service both the same way.
How often should 9155 batteries be replaced?
It depends on the batteries’ age, temperature and how often they discharge. We test the strings and quote replacement from the results; with external battery cabinets, we quote all strings together.
