Available from 225 to 1,200 kVA with dual-bus configurations, the 9395P is the backbone of power protection in some of Canada’s largest facilities. Many original 9395 units are now 10–15+ years old with aging capacitors and batteries approaching end of useful life. 9395P vs 93PM: The 9395P is a monolithic three-phase UPS — higher capacity per frame (up to 600 kVA single frame) but no hot-swappable modules. The 93PM is modular (hot-swap 15/25/50 kW modules) and scales from 15–200+ kW. For large fixed loads, the 9395P wins on density. For scalability and module-level redundancy, the 93PM is the choice.

The 9395P uses external battery cabinets with long-string VRLA configurations. Battery cabinet design varies by capacity — we survey your specific installation and quote the exact string configuration, cell count, and cabinet layout.
Critical component lifecycle: At 7–10+ years, DC bus capacitors, AC filter capacitors, and cooling fans approach end of useful life. Capacitor failure is the most common cause of catastrophic UPS failure on legacy 9395 units. We test and replace capacitors proactively during preventive maintenance.
Service scope: Battery string replacement, capacitor bank testing and replacement, fan assembly service, control board diagnostics, firmware updates, static bypass switch service, and preventive maintenance contracts (quarterly recommended for units >5 years old).
