UPS Service Canada provides Eaton and Powerware UPS service across Canada. We are based in Toronto, Ontario and work on sites across Canada.

What we collect

When you email [email protected] or call 1 (438) 800-0382, we receive the details you send: name, email, phone, site city, UPS model, and the work you need.

When you place an online order, we collect billing and shipping details needed to fulfil it. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

If an order is for stock that is also sold through another store, we share only the SKU and quantity with that store so inventory stays accurate.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to quotes, schedule on-site work, and ship hardware. We do not sell it.
